Rinse to skip.

     * Rinse your mouth 3 to 4 times while brushing.
     * Avoid mouthwashes that contain alcohol.
     * You can use one of the rinses which are presented below, prepared with salt or baking soda:
           or 1 teaspoon of salt in 4 cups of water.
           1 teaspoon baking soda in a cup (8 ounces) of water.
           Or ½ teaspoon of salt and two tablespoons of baking soda into four cups of water.
     * You can use an antibacterial rinse 2 to 4 times a day for gum disease. Rinse for 1 to 2 minutes.
     * In case of dry mouth, rinsing may not be enough to clean your teeth after a meal. It may be necessary to brushing and flossing.
