St. John's Wort as a natural sleep aid

If a person is suffering from mild depression, then it could be the cause of his/her insomnia. And one of the natural sleep aid that has become popular is the St. John's Wort. This has been widely used to treat mild to moderate depression.

St. John's Wort is even prescribed by doctors in several European countries to treat depression. As with all medicines, it is recommended to consult a doctor for any advice. Although it's a natural remedy but it may not be the right kind for you.
