The importance of maintaining a healthy mouth.

The mouth plays a vital role in our health and general welfare. It is the first organ of the digestive system and can get through it, crush and swallow our food. It also actively participates in the perception of taste and sense of taste, as well as in breathing. A healthy mouth makes our relationship with the world around us, because it is one of the most useful when we are born and just in our lifetime, to discover the consistency and texture of things and also allows us to speak and perform various gestures and sounds with which we communicate with others. Their external features are part of our physical appearance. Thus are important in the image that we project to have a pleasing mouth conducive to human relations and raises our self-esteem. A healthy mouth is a reflection of a healthy body and a person well-integrated into society. Take care of the health of your mouth, visit the dentist at least twice a year.
